Integrum Construction is a general contractor located in Sunnyvale, California. They were looking for a creative way to let homeowners know about their remodeling services so they contacted PostcardMania for ideas.

The Solution

They decided on a different angle than most construction contractors before them. Instead of classic elements like a headline or 5 star reviews, they went with an all-black sleek postcard design.

Hometown Water Solution’s postcard design was very different from a normal contractor’s and only included:

• Bulleted list of their service’s benefits
• Before and after pictures of their handiwork

Because Integrum Construction is a general contractor that focuses on improving a home’s value, they needed to target homeowners instead of renters. So, they used a mailing list of local homeowners to laser target only the most qualified prospects for their service.As the 7th most populous city in the San Francisco area, we knew that a local list of homeowners would be their best bet. Nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, we figured that many people there would be receptive to improve the quality of their home.

The consistency of their mailings also contributed to their success. They mailed 1,666 cards to the same list over 3 mailings, which solidified their business in their recipient’s minds!
