The Situation

BARP Group, LLC is a construction company located in Daytona Beach, FL. They needed a way to bring in more clients interested in their renovation services, so they reached out to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a 4.25″ x 6″ inches postcard that included the following features:

  • An offer of 15% off the first renovation project and senior and military discounts
  • A QR code that leads the prospect to a web page with more information
  • A list of benefits on the back of the card, like competitive rates and professional service
  • A strong headline and call to action in order to grab the prospect’s attention

BARP Group mailed 2,000 postcards to residents living in homes valued at $400,000 or more and are 55 years of age or older. They used a resident/occupant list, which has more options for targeting. All of the cards were mailed out at the same time in the month of July.

The Results

They generated 5 new clients and $10,000 in revenue!

A total of 5 people responded to the mailer, BARP Group converted one of them, and they made $10,000 in revenue. Their upfront investment amounted to $1,165, so their success of bringing in $10,000 amount to a return on investment of 758%!

This was BARP Group’s first direct mail campaign with PostcardMania, and they have since then ordered another 17,000 postcards. They are looking forward to achieving even greater results in the future.
