Dr. Sherry Durrett wanted to mail a gift coupon to her clients for Christmas as a thank-you for choosing her practice for their chiropractic needs. She also wanted to encourage these clients to continue using her practice over the coming year. She consulted with our marketing experts to see how to go about this to the best effect.
Considering the special circumstance and specific purpose of this particular marketing effort, we put together a campaign that would effectively fit her needs and achieve her goals. The holiday-themed postcards were mailed just once to Dr. Durrett’s client list containing 6,567 addresses.
In Dr. Sherry Durrett’s own words, her response was as follows: “146 responses so far with two more weeks to run!” That is a great response considering only a fraction of those responses were needed to cover the cost of the marketing investment. This campaign did a great job of starting of Dr. Durrett’s year off with strong revenue generation.
