Nicole Frontera Beauty is a medical spa in Rockaway Park, NY, offering facials, laser hair removal, massages and injectables. They called PostcardMania for help marketing their new Ultherapy service, a non-invasive procedure that lifts skin and reduces wrinkles on the face, neck and chest.

The Solution

With the help of our marketing consultants, Nicole Frontera created an elegant, results-generating postcard. Heres why it was so effective:

  • The image, color scheme and typography project an image of beauty
  • The clear, bold headline tells recipients immediately what is being advertising
  • The award seal on the front and testimonial on the back help establish trust so prospects feel more comfortable seeking these services
  • Two attractive offers encourage prospects to make an appointment

Nicole Frontera Beauty mailed to prospects who were most likely to use their services with a mailing list that targeted 6,000 women aged 31-60 with an income of $150,000 or more in select zip codes.

The spa also signed up for DirectMail2.0 to maximize their return on investment (ROI). Not only could they see when their postcards were expected to reach mailboxes, they were able to see exactly how many calls the postcard generated! But the most exciting aspect of DirectMail2.0 is the Google advertsing aspect. These online follow-up ads were shown to anyone who visited the spas website, reminding them about the service they were interested in!

The Results

Nicole Frontera Beauty received 20 calls from interested prospects as a result of their postcard campaign. Since the average price of an Ultherapy treatment is $2,500, if they closed even HALF of those leads on that service, they would generate at least $25,000!
