The mailing lists targeted 2010-2017 BMW, Mercedes and Volvo owners in a 5 mile radius around their business. This ensured that every recipient was in their target market and would be receptive to their messaging. In addition, targeting owners of older models increased the probability that their car might have some issues.
The consistency of their campaigns also helped aid their success. They’ve run 5 separate campaigns, each with 2 mailings per month over the course of a year. This consistency ensured that they received a steady trickle of new business coming in.
