The Situation

Bob’s Automotive Service is an automotive repair business located in Harrisburg, PA. With a desire to increase their customer base and boost revenue, they reached out to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

The Solution

PostcardMania designed a postcard with the following features:

Bob’s Automotive Service chose to use a resident/occupant mailing list that targeted residents with household income of $70k or more in a 1.12-mile radius of their shop. We mailed out 6,000 postcards over 2 months in March and April 2022.

The Results

They received 30 responses and converted 10, bringing in $2,989.60 in profit! Typically, automotive customers are loyal and return to mechanics they trust, so the lifetime value of these 10 customers is very good, and Bob’s Automotive Service is likely to keep growing.
