Their mailing list reflect list, targeting residents in the age range of 45-67 with a household income of $100,000 in a 5 miles radius from their location. This demographic has shown the most likely to use tax preparation services.
The timing of this campaign is a significant reason why it was a success. They timed these 12,000 mailings to hit mailboxes during tax season so that people would have a serious option to get their taxes done.
