As an SEM Specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact our clients have for their online ad campaigns.This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about marketing, thrives in a team environment,
and is eager to grow. You’ll work hands-on with Google and Facebook platforms, collaborating with
internal teams and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns.
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who contributes positively to our team culture and public presence
- Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A customer-first mindset and a love for helping others
- Basic understanding of Google and Facebook
- Some knowledge of HTML (a plus, not required)
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects
- Professional, upbeat communicator—verbal and written
- Strong initiative and follow-through
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM
- Ability to thrive under high-volume deadlines
Compensation
Starting pay is $18 per hour.
Schedule
This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Obtain all required information and access to launch ad campaigns
- Coordinate with web contacts to install tracking codes
- Work with our designers to produce eye-catching banner ads
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune campaigns to keep them optimized
- Ensure clients get more leads and better ROI on their marketing investment
