Your Mission

Launch your sales career by working directly alongside a top-performing Senior Consultant!We’re looking for a sharp, fast-moving individual to step into a Sales Assistant role supporting one of our Senior Consultants. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, communicates confidently, and wants to experience growth from being immersed in this vital part of the company.You don’t need prior sales experience, but you do need strong presence, problem solving abilities, high follow-through, and the ability to handle multiple moving pieces without skipping a beat.

What You’ll Do

You’ll act as a key extension of the Senior Consultant, helping keep their focus on selling while you manage critical support and follow-up. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily admin, task tracking, and CRM updates to keep operations clean and moving.
• Following up with prospects and clients to schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and re-engage missed opportunities.
• Handling ongoing communication with active jobs, including coordinating with internal teams and resolving production-related issues.
• Supporting client communication, including handling concerns, tracking feedback, and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Assisting with smaller sales tasks such as quotes, order processing, and payment collection.
• Helping maintain consistent outflow through calls, emails, and follow-ups across the pipeline.

Schedule

In-Office | Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

This role exists to maximize the Senior Consultant’s ability to sell while giving you direct exposure to division of the company. You’ll learn how deals are built, how relationships are managed, and how problems are handled in real time.You’ll start by owning the support side of the role and gradually take on more responsibility as you build skill, confidence, and product knowledge.
