Your Mission
You will play a key role in our production process by operating either mailing equipment or bindery machinery,
depending on daily needs. In the mailing role, you’ll run the mailing machine to ensure postcards and other mailings
are processed accurately, kept in proper zip code order, and delivered to the Post Office on time, while also handling
mailing paperwork and order materials.In the bindery role, you’ll operate folder, inserter, or other bindery equipment, organize and maintain postcard
inventory in shelving units, and support overall production flow. In both areas, you’ll collaborate with teammates
and assist other operators as needed to keep things running smoothly.
Schedule
Monday through Friday. Hours vary depending on which machine you would be working.7a–4p OR 9a–6p
Compensation
Starting at $16/hour
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for most of the workday
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of quality control
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to learn and safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and work ethic
- Desire to grow with the company and be part of a collaborative team
