Your Mission

As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping and improving our ERP platform, NIMBLE. Working closely with the Senior Efficiency Analyst, you’ll translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, help prioritize and manage incoming requests, and ensure features and fixes move smoothly from idea to execution.You’ll act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping drive adoption of new tools and processes. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role with strong visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements in partnership with stakeholders and the Senior Efficiency Analyst
• Manage and maintain a backlog of requests and issues, ensuring timely tracking and resolution
• Serve as a point of contact for the business, fielding questions, triaging issues, and escalating where appropriate
• Track and communicate the status of requests, providing consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Create and maintain documentation, including requirements and process workflows for features
• Support the planning and delivery of user training to drive adoption of new features and tools
• Analyze reported bugs and requests to identify root causes and assist in developing solutions
• Collaborate with the Senior Efficiency Analyst to ensure systems function as intended and the business needs are met

Schedule

• Full-time position in the office
• Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with an hour lunch

Requirements

• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into clear actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, especially when managing multiple requests or priorities
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) or working with technical teams
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed
• Able to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team
• Experience using Jira in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus
