Your Mission

All sales are done over the phone. We do ZERO COLD CALLING and have new
provided leads coming in every single week. That means the moment you are trained and
sitting in your seat you will be on the phones with business owners calling in about our services.The person in this position would be expected to work up to bringing in a certain dollar
amount of sales and ideally would continue hitting higher and higher targets as the months
progress. A Corporate Sales Rep must be able to take care of their customers and truly
ensure that they are getting the best service with us as possible.This position will be responsible for managing specific accounts and generating new accounts
from the leads that are provided. Obtain an abundance of new clients purchasing PCM services,
meeting daily, weekly and monthly quotas.

Schedule

Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with an hour for lunch.

Compensation

• Paid training
• Supportive new hire commission plan that transitions into a lucrative long-term commission
  plan after 120 days
• Uncapped commission
• You will be paid $25 per hour
• NO CEILING to your income if you’re a true game-changer at sales
• Weekly games award between $200–$500 to our top producers
• Over 40% of our reps earn six figures

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Receives reaches from special relationships established
• Educates these leads on direct mail and PostcardMania services
• Recommends marketing campaigns based on client needs; quotes and converts leads
• Stays in communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage reorders

Requirements

• Outgoing, a natural extrovert, can have a conversation with anyone
• Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers
• Driven to make money, motivated by the thrill of getting that next sale
• Experience in selling or customer service over the phone
• Ambitious and not afraid to ask for the money to close the deal
• No fear of technology – comfortable online and with software
• Ethical and fun to be around!
