Your Mission

We’re looking for someone who thinks in hooks, frames, captions, and trends—someone who lives and
breathes short-form video and social media. You know how to stop the scroll, tell a story fast, and
turn ideas into engaging visual content.The Content Creator will develop engaging, on-brand content that delivers specific marketing advice
for small business owners and entrepreneurs. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is comfortable
on camera and can translate marketing topics into videos that hook, educate, and build trust across
platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.

In-office Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

Your job is to create video and social content that actually gets watched. That includes:

• Concepting, filming, and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.)
• Creating social-first content that explains marketing ideas visually and clearly
• Staying on top of platform trends and knowing which ones fit our brand
• Collaborating with marketers, leadership, and subject-matter experts on video ideas
• Turning one strong concept into multiple pieces of content across platforms
• Appearing on camera when needed (or directing others who are)

You’ll have the freedom to experiment, but everything we create is grounded in real marketing
principles and real results.

Who You Are

You’ll probably love this role if:

• You think in video, not paragraphs
• You know how to hook attention in the first three seconds
• You’re comfortable both behind the camera and behind the scenes
• You understand social media isn’t about being viral—it’s about being effective
• You can take an idea and turn it into content without hand-holding

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with business, marketing, or educational content
• Understand captions, on-screen text, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Can explain complex ideas in a simple, engaging way
• Enjoy testing formats and learning from performance data

Requirements

• Content creation experience, specifically video
• Current computer, email, and software skills
• Previous experience in marketing, SEO, writing, and/or graphic design is a plus, but not required
• Editing and enhancing raw video footage, including incorporating music and graphics, is essential
