Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant to the COO!

We are a full-service marketing company that produces postcards, brochures, business cards, graphic design, webpages, and more! We are looking for an Executive Assistant for our Chief Operations Officer! Our COO has been with PostcardMania for 23 years! We are looking for the perfect person to assist him. Responsibilities include supporting medium- and large-scale projects, handling everyday administrative tasks, organizing and implementing new processes, and running occasional personal errands. We’re seeking a self-starter who can help reduce the workload on our COO’s plate. He’s looking for a dependable right-hand person to help manage the largest portion of our company. Ideally, the candidate has experience working with children, as this position includes a few hours of childcare each week.

Work Hours

This is a full-time, in-office position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

Requirements

High level of communication; no hesitation in speaking with customers or staff
Good knowledge of computers, especially confident use of Word and Excel
Detail-oriented
Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving history
Childcare experience
Fast learner
Creative
Executes planning effectively; follows up to ensure compliance with executive directives
