We feel that a vital part of business is to always remember the importance of giving back to the community. The following are some of the many charities that we support:

Clearwater Community Volunteers

Friends of PCM - Clearwater Community VolunteersClearwater Community Volunteers was founded in 1994 with the purpose of helping to create a better community for all citizens of the City of Clearwater and Pinellas County. CCV has raised money, food and toys for family and children’s charities such as the Boys & Girls Club, Everybody’s Tabernacle’s Homeless Emergency Project, the Red Cross, Victims of Katrina and Winter Wonderland. CCV is a 501 (C) (3) tax exempt organization, and since 1994 has produced many annual charitable events to help families and children, including the Easter Egg Hunt in Coachman Park, the Say No to Drugs Holiday Classic race, the Fashions With Flair Charity Fashion Show and Silent Auction held at the Belleair Country Club, and Winter Wonderland in downtown Clearwater. Winter Wonderland donates food and toys to the Red Cross and Everybody’s Tabernacle. CCV is a strong supporter of scouting organizations, artist development groups, cultural associations and city redevelopment promotions.

Homeless Emergency Project (HEP)

Friends of PCM - Homeless Emergency ProjectHomeless Emergency Project (HEP) is the largest provider of direct services to the homeless in Pinellas County. HEP’s mission is to help the homeless in a holistic manner, providing a wide variety of much-needed supportive services designed to promote self-sufficiency and independence. At the core of their existence is our strong belief that all people in our community shall always be treated with compassion, dignity and respect, without discrimination.

Way to Happiness Foundation International

Friends of PCM - Way to Happiness FoundationWay to Happiness Foundation International is an internationally acclaimed non-profit public benefit corporation that assists the activities of individuals and groups the world over who are using The Way to Happiness book and materials. The Way to Happiness Foundation International was founded in 1984 and publishes The Way to Happiness book in over 90 different languages. The Way to Happiness book has amazing success in helping both children and adults to better understand how their own happiness, and the happiness of those around them, depends on the application of sound principles of conduct such as honesty, integrity, tolerance and competence.

Florida Citizens for Social Reform (FCSR)

Friends of PCM - Florida Citizens for Social ReformFlorida Citizens for Social Reform (FCSR) is a non-profit membership organization founded by individuals with common goals in the area of social betterment. FCSR advocates improvements in public policy related to various social issues and gives a powerful voice to individual citizens who are concerned with the rising economic and social costs of handling illiteracy, drug abuse, moral decay and crime. In accomplishing its long-term mission, FCSR seeks to save tax dollars by reducing the need for government spending to handle these social problems.

Friends of PCM - Psychsearch.netPsychsearch.net is a public service informational project of Data Search Worldwide, Inc., a public records retrieval company founded by Ken Kramer in 1998 and located in Clearwater, Florida. Their mission is to provide journalists, law enforcement, criminal investigators, government agencies and the general public with governmental records concerning psych abuses as efficiently as possible.

Applied Scholastics International

Applied Scholastics International is a non-profit, public benefit organization formed in 1972 by educators from colleges, universities, and both public and private schools. The mission of Applied Scholastics is to provide effective education services and materials that help people learn how to learn and thereby work effectively to achieve their goals and realize their full potential.

The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR)

The Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) is a non-profit, public benefit organization dedicated to investigating and exposing psychiatric violations of human rights. It also ensures that criminal acts within the psychiatric industry are reported to the proper authorities and acted upon.

Criminon

Criminon (which means “no crime”) is an international non-profit public benefit corporation dedicated to addressing the causes of criminality and restoring the criminal’s self-respect through effective drug detoxification, education and common sense programs. By making them responsible for their actions, people under the Criminal Justice system can become ethical and productive citizens.

Narconon

Narconon is a non-profit drug rehab program dedicated to eliminating drug abuse and drug addiction through drug prevention, education and rehabilitation. The Narconon network consists of over 100 drug rehab and drug prevention and education centers around the world. Their rehab centers and programs produce graduates, the majority of whom have demonstrated they can live stable, ethical, productive, drug-free lives. The Narconon drug prevention and education centers educate hundreds of thousands of people each year with live presentations and bring the truth to many more through video presentations and written materials, thus reducing and eliminating drug addiction and abuse.

Youth for Human Rights Int. (YHRI)

Youth for Human Rights Int. (YHRI) is an independent non-profit corporation headquartered in Los Angeles, with the purpose to educate young people in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights so they become valuable advocates for tolerance and peace.
