Texas Boathouse is a full-service marine construction contractor in Livingston, TX. They wanted to generate more construction jobs, so they reached out to PostcardMania for help with their marketing.

The Solution

Texas Boathouse signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that combined postcards with digital ads. The postcard included the following features:

  • Offers for 10% off a first boat lift service and a free estimate and design
  • A QR code that sends the recipient to their website for more information
  • A positive five-star review from a happy customer
  • A list of business features that helps build trust with the target

They mailed 9,802 postcards to a list of boat owners and waterfront property owners in the local area. At the same time, Texas Boathouse ran digital ads on Gmail, Google, and Connected TV channels. Their ESB package also included behavioral digital ads that target prospects based on their online behavior, including Google search terms and shopping habits.

 

The Results

They generated $271,000 in revenue!

As a result, 39 people responded and they converted 11 of them which generated $271,000 in revenue! Since they invested $12,197 in this campaign, their ROI amounts to 2,122%.

They are going to continue mailing out postcards so the ROI could increase significantly! Texas Boathouse has also continued their online ads to make sure that people are seeing the business everywhere.
