PostcardMania designed a postcard that included the following features:

Robbins Excavation mailed 6,000 postcards to local homeowners with homes built in 2015 or earlier and incomes of $100,000 a year or more. They mailed the postcards in quantities of 2,000 cards on a monthly mailing schedule.
