Your Mission

To “WOW!” our clients by contacting each client, gathering the resources needed to create their web product, and helping them every step of the way until their product is completed. You will be their main point of contact from the moment they purchase their order until completion.This includes acting as the liaison between the customer and our design, printing, and programming teams. Don’t worry—we teach you everything you need to know!This is a fast-paced position that requires strong multitasking skills. It is also a customer-facing role that requires a drive to deliver excellent service. Web Service Representatives must be detail-oriented and organized to ensure client deadlines are met. At times, it may be challenging to get customers to respond, so persistence and communication are key.Ultimately, our goal is to deliver top-notch customer service and ensure every client is happy with their order.

Work Hours

• Full-time in-office position
• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Compensation

• $18 per hour to start

• Ability to adapt to new software used consistently throughout the day
• Detail-oriented
• Positive outlook that can be felt by our customers and coworkers
• Reliable and responsible; both customers and the company depend on this
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate data from various sources
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Ability to remain composed during tight deadlines
• Excellent team player who is willing to help others as needed
• Basic HTML and graphic design knowledge preferred
