At PostcardMania, we combine the power of direct mail with digital marketing to drive real results.
As an SEM Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients’ online success—setting up targeted
campaigns that expand reach and generate leads.This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about marketing, thrives in a team environment,
and is eager to grow. You’ll work hands-on with Google and Facebook platforms, collaborating with internal
teams and clients to deliver performance-driven campaigns.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Set up and launch Google remarketing and Facebook ad campaigns
- Coordinate with web contacts to install tracking codes
- Work with our designers to produce eye-catching banner ads
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune campaigns to keep them optimized
- Ensure clients get more leads and better ROI on their marketing investment
Success in this role means helping small businesses grow while building long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Compensation
$18/hr
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Requirements
- Someone who contributes positively to our team culture and public presence
- Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- A customer-first mindset and a love for helping others
- A basic understanding of Google and Facebook
- Some knowledge of HTML (a plus, not a must)
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple projects
- Professional, upbeat communicator—on the phone and in writing
- Strong initiative and follow-through
- 40+ WPM typing speed
- Able to thrive during high-volume deadlines
