Your Mission

As a Receptionist, your primary responsibility is to ensure every incoming call is answered live
and handled in a brief, purpose-driven manner. You’ll gather accurate information from callers
and confidently route them to the correct person or department, following our established call-handling protocols.You’ll also assist with small, assigned projects as needed. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role
where accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency matter — and there’s never a dull moment!

Compensation

$15 / Hour

Schedule

In-Office | Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Answer all incoming calls promptly with a warm, professional greeting
• Collect and verify caller information to ensure accurate call routing
• Follow call-handling protocols to deliver a consistent caller experience
• Calmly and professionally assist unhappy or frustrated callers and connect them with the right team member
• Support the team with light administrative or special projects as assigned
• Work closely with other receptionists and the broader PostcardMania team

Requirements

• A natural, pleasant, and professional phone voice
• Comfortable speaking on the phone all day as the primary job function
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid computer skills
• Excellent time management and reliability
• Ability to handle high call volume while staying calm and friendly
• Team-oriented and able to work well with others
