Your Mission
To provide clear and actionable responses and materials that enable first-time resolution for our customers. We strive for excellence in customer service by taking ownership of every inquiry and ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and valued.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with a one-hour lunch.
Compensation
Pay starts at $18/hr.
Specific Duties
- Work within several computer systems and an email platform once trained.
- Manage VIP accounts.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to solve customer problems.
- Communicate pleasantly with customers via live chat, email, and occasionally phone.
- Write FAQs, video scripts, canned responses, and procedures as the customer interface evolves.
- Process repairs for configuration and customer errors as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Fast learner
- Ability to type with speed and accuracy (at least 40 wpm)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Ability to adapt to new software, including an internal database program used consistently throughout the day
- Detail oriented
- Positive outlook that can be felt by customers and co-workers
- Reliable and responsible—both the customer and the company count on this
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate data from various sources
- Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stress
- Ability to maintain composure under tight deadlines or pressure
- Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed

Drug & Nicotine Free Workplace
