Good moring Ashlie. Just letting you know that we are very pleased with the response we recieved from the mailing, both during our Open House in April and for some time after. We realize that in the club membership industry, target customers may be locked into lengthy contracts with other clubs. However, we feel with the direct mailing, many more of our target customers in the area know we are here than did before with prior advertising choices. With that in mind, we feel the mailing will continue to benefit us for a long time as members' contracts with other clubs expire.To conclude, thank you and everyone at PostcardMania for wonderful service and complete satisfaction on behalf of my partner Jeff and myself. We will be in touch in the future with many future plans for mailing. It was a pleasure working with the entire staff.

Enrollments have picked up across all 4 campuses that we are using the postcards for. However the two LA campuses have boomed. We are at capacity for our pre-school grades and only have spots for elementary which is wonderful news. PostcardMania has also made me realize how important follow-up is so I am initiating changes to the admissions process at all 6 Page campuses. So a lot is going on but I am so excited for these changes.

Initially, I thought our response was poor from the postcard. I knew some of the initial service calls we had received eventually turned into system upgrades/replacements, so I ran a report and found we only received 10 calls from the postcards. All 10 calls were converted to service calls of some type. I do not think this was a very good response. But: At this time those 10 customer have generated $36,470.00 gross, in service and replacement work. I am thinking I should have gotten a lot more than 10 calls, but $36,470.00 sounds pretty good!

Sabrina, the postcard mailing went great, actually much better than I had ever expected. A customer called yesterday and bought the entire postcard!!! Both Necklaces!!! And another man has ordered the top necklace for his wife for Christmas!!! I wasn't expecting to sell the postcard, only the shows on the back. Wow, what a response! Many thanks. I guess I've been missing out on a very valuable marketing tool.
