Hi Gilma. Just to let you know, I sent out Postcardmania info to all the other Subway owners in Queens and Brooklyn (over 180 Subway restaurant locations)!! And I told them what a great job you did in getting my cards out. I already have new customers coming into the restaurant...
We have had a great response, as usual, with this card. We are looking at a total of 90+ people that have made reservations so far.
The mailing was a huge success. We had 30-40 new patient visits, and they're still calling 1 month later. Those patients referred others as well. All in all this has been the most successful mailing we've ever done, and has outperformed all mass media venues (TV, Radio, Newspaper) we've tried about 10:1!
On our first mailing, we had a 5% response. On our second mailing we had a less than .5% response. Our third mailing has had an overwhelming response of 6% to date and we are still getting cards back on a daily basis. The new offer we put on our cards certainly helped.
