FEAM Aircraft is a leader in aircraft line maintenance services. They needed to advertise a recruitment event and hire more staff, so they reached out to PostcardMania for help.
The Solution
PostcardMania designed a 6 x 8.5 inch postcard that included the following features:
- A bright and appealing photo of an aircraft to grab the recipient’s attention
- A strong headline and call to action
- A QR code that when scanned leads the person to RSVP for the event
- A list of benefits for getting hired
FEAM Aircraft mailed 996 postcards to residents in the local area using an Every Door Direct Mail mailing list.
The Results
They successfully recruited 1 new pilot!
As a result, they received 50 responses and hired one new staff member!
