The Situation
Asian Family Market, located in Bellevue, WA needed to advertise the grand opening of their food market business. They decided to launch a direct mail marketing campaign to help bring in new customers to their grocery store.
The Solution
PostcardMania designed a postcard with the following features:
- An offer for free eggs with an $18 purchase
- Beautiful photos of the new store
- A list of premium items at the store
- Key details like location and store hours
- The postcard was in English and Chinese so that different ethnic groups could read the ad
They mailed 25,000 postcards to residents of Southeast Asian/Far Eastern descent ages 30-99 in the local community to advertise the opening of their store.
The Results
They had 300 customers come in opening week!
As a result, 300 people came into the store on opening week!
