CASA Academy

CASA Academy, located in Phoenix, AZ, offers high-quality education to children grades K-5th Grade. They needed to let the community know about their tuition-free school and educational opportunities, so they came to PostcardMania for marketing assistance.

PostcardMania created a postcard that included the following features:

• Offer for free transportation to and from school
• Photos of some of their students and teachers
• A five-star review from a happy parent
• A QR code that the recipient could scan, go to their website, and receive more information
• A map of their location, making it easy for them to find

CASA Academy signed up for an Everywhere Small Business campaign that included postcards, follow-up digital ads, and a free QR code. They mailed a total of 6,000 postcards to their own list of contacts in the local area who have children ages 4-9.

The digital ads, which matched the look and message of the postcard, showed up in prospects’ online feeds on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. They also helped remind prospects to look into the school on the website or call for more information.

After the postcards hit mailboxes, the Google ads appeared online 90,360 times, and they were clicked on 1,568 times. The Facebook/Instagram ads appeared 25,994 times and people clicked on them 312 times.
