The Situation
North Frisco Dental & Orthodontics offers general dentistry and orthodontic services in Frisco, TX, as well as the surrounding areas of Prosper, McKinney, Allen, and Plano. They were looking for a creative way to let locals know about their services, so they contacted PostcardMania for assistance.
The Solution
PostcardMania designers created a 6” x 8.5” postcard that included the following features:
- 3 offers for a free cleaning, discounted teeth whitening, and buy one get one free dentures
- A bright and friendly photo, showing off beautiful smiles
- Unique benefits that include weekend and evening appointments and an affordable membership program
North Frisco Dental & Orthodontics used a consumer mailing list and targeted residents with an income of $70,000 a year or more who also lived in a 3-mile radius of the dental office. We mailed out 6,000 postcards in February of 2022.
The Results
They generated 15 responses and converted 8, making $16,000!
Fifteen people responded to the postcard and 8 of them became new patients! Each patient brings in about $2,000, so in total North Frisco Dental & Orthodontics made $16,000 in profit from just one mailing. Considering they spent $6,343 on this mailing and made over twice the amount, their ROI is an impressive 152%.
They have plans to mail more postcards in the future and are looking forward to achieving even greater results in the future.
