About Our Company

PCM Integrations is the marketing technology division of PostcardMania, where we combine powerful automation with real-world marketing—like direct mail you can trigger from a CRM or platform. We integrate with software companies, CRMs, and marketing tools across the country and help them provide value by mailing smarter, faster, and easier than ever.

Your Mission

As our Direct Mail Advisor, your mission is to help our clients win with direct mail. You’ll guide users through setting up and sending their first campaigns, get them comfortable connecting our platform to the tools they already use, and help them build habits that turn a one-time order into ongoing usage. As you grow in the role, you’ll take on more—including working with partner agencies who manage direct mail on behalf of their own clients.

Compensation

$19 + bonus to start (goes up to $21/hr after training with 90 day review) Paid training included

Who You Are

• Hungry to build a career, not just fill a seat—you want to grow with a team that rewards initiative
• Naturally curious and coachable—you pick up new software fast and can explain it simply to someone who isn’t technical
• A confident communicator—phone, email, and video
• Organized enough to juggle a mix of quick, simple orders and longer setup conversations without dropping the ball
• Comfortable asking questions, recommending a next step, and asking for the close
• Bonus if you’ve worked in marketing or customer success before—SaaS or CRM experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements

• Guide users through basic setup—and getting their first campaign out the door
• Recommend best practices and close users on ongoing usage, not just a one-time order
• Work efficiently—knowing when a quick, simple order is the win, and not over-investing time in all accounts
• Keep clean records of orders, setups, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks
• As you grow in the role, close and support partner agencies managing direct mail for multiple clients at once
• Constantly look for ways to help clients get more value out of direct mail—and track your success by the usage and revenue growth you create
