Joy Gendusa

Joy is an entrepreneur, business owner, author and established speaker and philanthropist. She is currently the Founder and CEO of PostcardMania, the biggest and fastest growing direct mail postcard marketing company specializing in lead generation for small to large-sized businesses. She’s been awarded the Tampa Bay CEO of the Year, Business Woman of the Year in Tampa Bay, featured on MSNBC’s “Your Business” and has twice been an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.

Gregory A. Winteregg, D.D.S

Dr. Winteregg graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1981. He learned how to sell, organize and manage his practice at a practice management company in 1992. Within twelve months his practice was in the top 4% nationally and he was semi-retired at age thirty-eight. He became a partner at the management company in December of 1993 and helped make that company, arguably, the largest in North America with thousands of clients in forty-eight states and five Canadian provinces.

He is now interested in training Sales Reps, Business Managers and Owners in any industry; so he started Matterhorn Business Development. Both of these activities keep him very busy but he still finds time to carry on philanthropic endeavors internationally.
