Design: The letter includes:

  • Personally addressing the resident in order to gain the recipient’s attention.
  • A clear explanation of who the real estate investors are and their goals, in order to incite trust in the company.
  • An offer to pay in cash with an attached detailed purchase agreement so the recipient understands the terms of the transaction.
  • Easy instructions for the next steps to take if the recipient is interested in the offer.

They mailed 2,800, 8.5” x 11” letters to landowners in Florida and Tennessee.
