Your mission as a Help Desk Technician is to help the PostcardMania team keep computers and technology operational so that co-workers can get their jobs done. This positon is vital to the continued smooth operation of production throughout PostcardMania.  We’re looking for someone with the ability to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people, a willingness to learn continuously, an aptitude for finding and proposing solutions and the ability to follow instructions impeccably.

The ideal candidate will focus on positive unique solutions, handle all issues in a timely manner, makes each person feel smart and invites them to ask questions and seek technical assistance.


  • Coordinate with IT staff to facilitate resolving all help desk technical support issues. While documenting problems and resolutions using internal ticket tracking solution.
  • Answer calls and e-mails to support user’s requests.
  • Research and resolve hardware/software problems while utilizing other IT staff and outside vendors as needed.
  • On-going workstation setups which involves various O/S installs and setting up user profiles according to company standards.
  • Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. for frequent moves of workstations and/or Printers.
  • Experience in supporting mobile devices IPhone/Android for use with e-mail and mobile communications via our internal email server.
  • Occasional after-hours and weekend work.


  • This a full-time office position
  • Monday – Friday from 9-6pm with an hour for lunch
