Based in Washington, D.C., RevitaLending is a local lending business that focuses on providing real estate investors with short-term financing solutions. They called PostcardMania for help finding more clients.

The Solution

With the help of our marketing consultants, RevitaLending decided on a fully integrated direct mail postcard campaign (called DirectMail2.0) that would target real estate professionals, contractors and bankruptcy and probate attorneys in the D.C. Metro area.

Heres why the postcard was successful:

  • The bold headline and supporting graphics immediately tell recipients what theyre offering
  • Bullet points quickly convey the benefits of doing business with them
  • The Better Business Bureau logo shows prospects theyre a reputable business

After the postcards were mailed, interested prospects who visited the RevitaLending website and left without taking action were shown the lenders Google follow-up ads, reminding them of their interest and encouraging them to go back to the companys website. Studies show these follow-up ads can increase response by up to 400%!

The Results

96 potential new customers!

In addition to the super-effective Google ads, DirectMail2.0 added an easy-to-use tracking component to the lenders postcard campaign. They were able to see in real time how many people were seeing their follow-up ads (these are called followers), how many times they were shown (these are called impressions), and how many people clicked back to their website.

Heres what they saw:

Impressions: 333,895

Followers: 3,500

Clicks: 96

That means 96 people went back to RevitaLendings website to learn more about their services and potentially become their customers!
