This Orange, CA real estate investing company was looking for a way to reach homeowners who need to sell their property and make an offer before their competitors do! They called PostcardMania for help with an effective real estate investor marketing campaign.

The Solution

Hardy Real Estate and Investments worked with our marketing consultants to create a personalized postcard campaign that would encourage potential sellers to contact them for a fair cash offer. Using variable data printing, every postcard includes the recipient’s name and address in the message text, not just the address label! The words that are bracketed (like <> and <>) are populated by the variable data when the postcards go to print. Personalized postcards work well for real estate investors because they show the recipients that you have done your homework and you want to buy their property!
