The Situation

A drug store in western Pennsylvania wanted to find out how they could effectively market their business before the upcoming Flu season to increase vaccinations and bring in new customers that would choose them year round. They consulted with our marketing experts to find out how postcard marketing could help them accomplish their specific pharmacy marketing goals.

The Solution

Our marketing consultants helped the drug store owners put together a postcard marketing campaign specifically promoting Flu vaccinations while also informing prospects about their other services and the benefits their store offers over other pharmacy chains. They sent their postcards to 10,000 local residents surrounding the location of their drug store. They sent the campaign just once in the Fall, which is just before Flu season starts. This makes the card immediately connect with prospects, because it is concerning a relevant problem for the time of the year.
