The Situation

Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, DomesticAide has been providing the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area with cleaning services since 1986. They recently decided it was time to use a new marketing plan to expand their business. For this, they chose PostcardMania.

The Solution

When DomesticAide approached us for a marketing campaign, we elected to set them up with a fully integrated marketing campaign, DircectMail2.0. DirectMail2.0 not only combines direct mail with mail tracking and phone call tracking, but also includes a built-in online follow-up system to generate the most leads possible.

For the direct mail part of their campaign, we provided DomesticAide with a mailing list of 5,000 records and set it up so that the postcards would hit the list 3 times, going out in batches of 2,500 postcards for a total of 6 mailings.

The postcard design itself is simple. It uses bright, crisp colors to grab the attention of prospects while reminding receipients of the services offered with an image of a woman with cleaning supplies. The postcard also features a special offer on the front and back to encourage prospects to place an order soon.

The Results

DomesticAide received 21 calls and 12 new clients!

With their marketing campaign complete, DomesticAide received 21 calls, 12 new clients and their online ads were displayed 165,393 times!
